Women Who Matter at MIT
You are invited to join us for a fireside chat to discuss transformational changes inside organizations, including MIT, featuring Lotte Bailyn (T Wilson (1953) Professor of Management, Emerita) and Mary Rowe (Adjunct Professor of Work and Organization Studies), and moderated by Erin Kelly (Sloan Distinguished Professor of Work and Organization Studies), on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
We hope to learn more about Lotte Bailyn’s pioneering research on workplace practices, organizational priorities, and gender inequality, and the work of Mary Rowe, who served as Special Assistant to the President and Chancellor for Women and Work, a role that soon evolved into an early organizational ombuds and one who shaped the field. Lotte and Mary continue to do inspiring research and work to make organizations more inclusive and supportive of all.
This event will be a great opportunity to catch up with fellow alumni and current students while enjoying lunch together. We look forward to seeing you there!
